Westlake Care Community has been recognized as a 2019 recipient of the national Silver Commitment to Quality Award held by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living.
The award is the first of three distinctions possible by the AHCA/NCAL. The program honors providers across the nation that has demonstrated their commitment to improving quality of care for seniors and persons with disabilities.
“It feels good… all the hard work everyone does here to give the residents quality care,” Pam Rios-Menter, Administrator, said.
The Silver award is an achievement in quality in Long Term Care Facilities. At the Silver Award level, winners have demonstrated a high level of quality, care and services delivered to residents and staff. The program is based on the core values and criteria of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.
