Short-Term Rehabilitation
In addition to rehab Care Partners, WestLake also offers nurses and CNAs who are available 24-hours a day to meet the needs of residents. These nursing Care Partners provide medication administration and assistance with activities of daily living, grooming, bathing, scheduling and transportation arrangement to appointments.
