We use a comprehensive and multidisciplinary team that works 24/7 to help our short-term rehabilitation guests reach their rehabilitation goals. We give our guests the tools and support they need to meet their goals as soon as possible.

In our Therapy Gym, guests receive individualized therapy with in-house Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists.

Vital stim (a neuromuscular electric stimulation treatment for dysphagia, AAC and dementia)
Augmentative and alternative communication programming for patients/residents with significant communication impairments
Manual therapy as a treatment for dysphagia
Partnership with nursing staff on developing innovative approaches to pain management

Family and friends are encouraged to visit at any time and are welcome to be a part of your therapy. Even pets are welcome to visit you at WestLake Care Community.
