Long-Term Care
Our long-term care community is arranged into three neighborhoods:
When you arrive, you will become a part of one of the neighborhoods which are like “communities within our community”. You are invited to attend your weekly neighborhood meeting, where you can take part in planning upcoming events and implement new ideas to make your neighborhood better.
Family and friends are encouraged to visit anytime, and pets are always welcome to visit you at WestLake Care Community.
